Angela Ducey, Board Director

Angela Ducey is the former First Lady of Arizona and a prominent business woman and philanthropist. Throughout her husband Doug Ducey’s 8-year-term as Arizona Governor, Angela was a stalwart for the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable Arizonans, namely children. She chaired the Council on Child Safety and Family Empowerment and was a catalyst behind Arizona’s child welfare transformation from America’s worst, to best-in-class. Angela became a national influencer for child welfare practice throughout the United States. During the administration and since, Angela has served on numerous boards and is a philanthropic force for many charities. Angela is also a trained Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for foster children. Angela is a native Arizonan and met her husband, Doug, while attending Arizona State University. Little did she know that they would have three sons; Jack, Joe, and Sam, and go on to serve Arizona citizens nobly as First Lady and Governor.
