Mike Faust currently serves as the City Manager of the City of Peoria. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy City Manager since 2023, overseeing key departments including Economic Development, Planning, Development and Engineering, the Office of Innovation, and Neighborhood Services. Prior to his service to Peoria, he served as the Arizona Department of Child Services Director and before that, he worked for the Governor’s Transformation Office. He has more than 25 years of management and consulting experience and earned a bachelor’s degree in business management. Mike is a University of Phoenix graduate, is married to wife, Tracey, and has two children.
